Content Moderator

Role Overview: As a Digital Content Moderator at HCLTech, your main responsibility will be to monitor and moderate various forms of content, including text, images, videos, and sound, according to customer guidelines. You will be required to study content, assign policy violations, maintain daily utilization requirements, track content inflow, identify policy gaps, and document moderated content examples. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and moderate text, image, video, and sound content based on customer guidelines. - Study content and assign specific policy violations while reporting objectionable content. - Clock required login hours to meet daily utilization requirements. - Keep track of content inflow. - Identify gaps and gray areas in policies and guidelines. - Store and document edge cases and nuanced examples for referenceable repositories. Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of experience in Digital Safety/Trust & Safety domain as a content moderator. - Excellent oral and written English skills. - Willingness to work in night shifts and weekends (24*7 shifts). - Ability to work under pressure and make sound judgment calls. - Any graduation degree is required. - Freshers are not eligible. - Candidates with relevant background will only be considered. - Candidates with an immediate to 30 days notice period are preferred.,
