Content Moderator

Qualifications

• Experience in content moderation, social media management, or digital communication
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines, community standards, and online etiquette
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Proficiency in identifying and handling sensitive, inappropriate, or off-brand content
• Familiarity with various social media platforms, content tools, and audience engagement practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• Experience in a branding, advertising, or creative agency is a plus
• Exceptional command of English and Hindi, both written and spoken
