Role Description

Client Servicing Executive

You’ll work closely with B2B clients across the world, understanding their goals, translating them into actionable plans, and coordinating with our internal teams to bring those plans to life. Along the way, you’ll also handle day-to-day updates, follow-ups, and ensure every project reflects both the client’s vision and our agency’s creative excellence.

Qualifications

• Great communication and people skills (you enjoy talking to people and solving their problems).
• Organised and able to juggle multiple things without losing your cool.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude, you don’t just wait for instructions.
• A good understanding of branding, advertising, and digital marketing is a plus.
• A degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred, but passion and attitude matter most.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be your clients’ main point of contact — understand their needs and keep them informed.
• Turn client requirements into clear briefs that our creative, design, and marketing teams can run with.
• Coordinate across teams to make sure deadlines are met and quality stays high.
• Keep an eye on ongoing projects and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Share client feedback with the team and follow through until everything’s just right.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients so they trust you as their brand partner.
• Stay curious about branding, advertising, and marketing trends so you can bring fresh ideas to the table.

Relevant skills include experience in project management, customer relationship management (CRM), and data analysis.
