What You’ll Do

• Draft and ship weekly newsletters end-to-end (tone, flow, handoff to design).
• Run the LinkedIn engine (2–3 posts/week + occasional long-form stories).
• Repurpose product/ops updates into crisp, story-first copy with clear CTAs.
• Guard the brand voice across all channels; hold a zero-fluff quality bar.
• Maintain a publishing calendar, backlog of ideas, and tidy content versions.
• Research and test trending formats (carousels, storytelling posts, summaries).
• Collaborate with design/marketing to align assets, deadlines, and campaigns.
• Track metrics (opens, CTR, saves, comments) and translate them into insights.
• Do light QA on app/web: build simple checklists, log issues, verify fixes.
• Own the content pipeline end-to-end — brief → draft → review → publish → measure.

Daily Rhythm (How You Operate)

• Run a quick async check-in and share progress/blocks.
• Keep the board current (Trello) and close loops on blockers.
• Post notes/decisions after reviews.
• Update the publishing calendar and prep the next 7–10 days.
• Track basic metrics (opens, CTR, saves, comments) and note learnings.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements

• Strong English writing: sharp hooks + coherent long-form.
• Basic marketing sense (audience, funnel, positioning, CTA).
• Comfort with GA4 basics and turning numbers into narrative.
• Organized with deadlines; can maintain calendars and docs.
• Tool-curious: learns new platforms fast (Zoho/ESP, LinkedIn).
• Evidence of shipped writing (newsletter, blog, LinkedIn, etc.).

Bonus Points For

• Canva/Figma chops for quick social assets.
• LinkedIn storytelling track record.
• Familiarity with Zoho Campaigns, Sheets, or n8n.
• Prior QA/testing exposure (checklists, bug logs).
