Ruhiva is an early-stage healthcare startup looking for a passionate Content & Marketing Intern to help us build our brand from scratch. We're honest about where we are - just starting out, building our MVP, and looking for someone who wants to grow with us!

Role: Content & Marketing Intern

Company: Ruhiva (Pre-launch Healthcare Startup)

Location: Remote (Work from anywhere in India)

Duration: 3-6 months

Time Commitment: 1-2 hours per day (Super flexible)

Stipend: ₹1,500-3,000 per month

Stage: We're literally building everything from scratch!

About Ruhiva (The Honest Version)

We're building India's first affordable wellness platform that combines coaching, AI health tasks, and emergency services for middle-class families.

Where we are RIGHT NOW:

• 40% built, developing in Flutter
• Bootstrapped, seeking seed round
• Just the founder (me!) + looking for our first intern
• 0 paying customers (we haven't launched yet!)
• Make healthcare affordable for 300M+ Indians who can't afford ₹999+ platforms

What You'll Actually Do (1-2 hours daily)

Since we're just starting, you'll wear multiple hats:

• Design our first social media posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
• Help create our brand voice and visual identity
• Write posts about affordable healthcare and wellness tips
• Create simple graphics using Canva (we'll teach you if needed)
• Help us figure out what content works!

• Post daily across platforms (we'll plan together)
• Engage with early followers and build community
• Research what other healthcare startups are doing
• Help us understand social media trends

• Help create basic marketing materials
• Research potential customers and competitors
• Support with anything else that comes up (it's a startup!)

Perfect for You If:

• Looking for real startup experience
• Creative and interested in healthcare/wellness
• Self - motivated (important since it's remote and flexible)
• Excited about building something from scratch
• Comfortable with uncertainty and learning as we go

• Basic social media skills (you use Instagram/LinkedIn actively)
• Some design sense (even basic Canva knowledge helps)
• Good English writing skills
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow!

• Any previous content creation experience
• Interest in healthcare or wellness
• Experience with startups or early-stage companies

• Create consistent posting schedule across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
• Develop content around healthcare accessibility in India
• Build our brand presence from zero
• Help validate our messaging with target audience

• LinkedIn: Professional healthcare discussions, startup journey
• Instagram: Visual wellness content, behind-the-scenes startup life
• Facebook: Community building, healthcare awareness for families

Monthly Stipend: ₹1,500-2,000 (paid on time, every month)

Performance Bonus: Extra ₹500-1,000 for exceptional work

Future Opportunity: Full-time role (₹3-5 lakhs + equity) when we raise funding
