We’re looking for a Field Operations Executive to be the face of Rusticgram across Chennai. If you're customer-obsessed, organized, and interested in blending logistics with light content support, we want you on board.

Position Overview

• We are looking for a Field Operations Executive to be the frontline face of Rusticgram. This role goes beyond pickups; it's about being a trusted brand ambassador, ensuring customers feel confident handing over their most cherished memories.
• You’ll be interacting with households, safely transporting photo albums, engaging in Rusticgram Kalyanam events, collecting on-ground feedback, and occasionally contributing to our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle pickup and delivery of photo albums and digitized memories from customer homes
• Ensure safe packaging, timely drop-offs, and clear communication during all visits Build rapport with families and create a warm, memorable experience at the doorstep
• Support on-ground campaigns like Rusticgram Kalyanam (our wedding memory initiative)
• Capture basic behind-the-scenes Instagram content during pickups and event
• Report customer feedback to help us improve products and service
• Fill in wherever needed field support, minor content tasks, or event logistics

Qualifications

• Good communication in Tamil and basic English
• ⁠Familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, and smartphone apps.
• ⁠Responsible and punctual, with strong customer service orientation
• ⁠Willingness to handle sensitive materials with care.
• Adaptability in a startup work culture.

Bonus Points

• Experience in field logistics, customer service, or sales.
• Comfort in creating basic Instagram content.
• Curiosity about startup operations and customer engagement.
