JOB TITLE: CONTENT MARKETING & DESIGN ASSOCIATE

Mokxa is seeking a highly creative and versatile Content Marketing & Design Specialist to develop engaging content and visually compelling materials to support our marketing and business development goals. You will play a key role in creating content that drives brand awareness, generates leads, and supports our account-based marketing (ABM) strategy.


1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation:

  • Develop high-quality content for marketing channels, including blogs, ads copy, web copy, presentations, case studies, white papers, social media, email campaigns.
  • Create compelling content for ABM campaigns, including targeted messaging and materials.
  • Support webinar content, including presentations and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and project managers to ensure content accuracy and relevance.


Design & Branding:

  • Design visually engaging graphics, videos, and layouts for digital and physical marketing materials, including website, social media assets, blog post images, presentations, brochures, and ebooks.
  • Enhance Mokxa's brand identity across content and design assets.
  • Ensure all visual content is consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.


Marketing Operations (Support):

  • Social media management & email marketing campaigns, including setup, deployment, and performance tracking.
  • Website (WordPress) upkeep and ongoing maintenance
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics to optimize effectiveness.
  • Maintain content libraries and ensure content is organized and accessible.


Prototyping & UX/UI Support:

  • Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes for webpages, products, and digital marketing assets to visualize user flows and design concepts.
  • Conduct basic usability testing or gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user journeys.


2. WORKING EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a content marketing, digital marketing, or related role.
  • Proven experience in creating content creation (blog posts, social media, etc.).
  • Experience with graphic design and visual content creation.
  • Basic understanding of marketing operations and content management systems.
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation, design, and marketing automation.
  • Experience in a B2B or technology company is a plus.


3. SKILLSET & QUALIFICATIONS:

Writing & Communication:

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging narratives.


Design Skills:

  • Ability to articulate complex concepts into on-brand designs
  • Proficiency in graphic design & wireframing tools - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Canva, Figma
  • Proficiency in video creation and editing tool
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy.


Digital Marketing & Web Development:

  • Digital marketing principles (SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing).
  • Familiarity with WordPress web development, plugins, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and SEO analytics
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics and the ability to track and measure results.


AI Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai), design (MidJourney, InVideo, NapkinAI, Lumen5, Canva AI), and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Ability to effectively use AI to generate various content formats, improve writing quality, automate design tasks, and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of the ethical considerations and best practices of AI in marketing, including issues of bias, plagiarism, and transparency.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate the performance of AI-driven content and campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Education:
