Human Capital Consultants International (HCCI) is a Miami-based HR and leadership consulting firm serving small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S. and Latin America. We help CEOs and business owners scale through compliant, people-centric strategies that strengthen teams and drive performance.

We’re expanding our digital presence and looking for a part-time Marketing & Content Associate to develop high-quality content that showcases our expertise and engages our growing audience.

Role Overview

You’ll help plan, create, and manage content across our marketing channels — from blogs and newsletters to LinkedIn and other social platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong writing skills, a sharp eye for branding, and a solid understanding of how to turn ideas into polished, engaging content. Your work will directly support HCCI’s visibility, thought leadership, and client growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

• Plan, write, and edit engaging content (blogs, newsletters, web copy, and social posts) that aligns with HCCI’s brand and business goals.
• Research and develop SEO-driven topics to increase website visibility and attract qualified leads.
• Maintain a consistent publishing schedule across all channels.

SEO & Website Optimization

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content priorities.
• Optimize website pages, blog posts, and landing pages for search visibility and conversions.
• Track rankings, web traffic, and engagement to refine strategy and improve results.

Social Media & Visual Branding

• Create compelling LinkedIn content, including carousels, short posts, and infographics that position HCCI as a thought leader in HR outsourcing.
• Design branded visuals and templates in Canva to ensure a cohesive and professional online presence.
• Monitor engagement, respond to interactions, and grow the company’s audience organically.

Lead Generation & Campaigns

• Develop and execute digital campaigns that capture leads through gated content.
• Manage and update the email list; support creation of nurturing emails and newsletters.
• Track and report on lead activity, engagement, and conversion metrics.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Partner with leadership to align marketing priorities with sales goals.
• Maintain the content calendar and campaign tracker for visibility across the team.
• Provide monthly reports on SEO growth, content performance, and lead generation results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years

  of hands-on experience in marketing, communications, or digital content development.
• Proven ability to write and edit high-quality content that aligns with brand voice and drives engagement.
• Solid understanding of SEO strategy, keyword research, and content optimization best practices.
• Skilled in creating professional visuals using Canva or similar design platforms.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects with precision — organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and social media growth strategies.
• Experience using marketing, sales or project management tools (e.g., Notion, HubSpot, Metricool, or Buffer) is a plus.

Schedule & Compensation

• 15–20 hours per week (flexible schedule).
• Remote position.
• Competitive hourly rate or monthly retainer (based on experience).
