About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Content Manager to handle, sort, and manage our growing library of company shoot data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all visual and written content is properly categorized and easily accessible. You will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure they have timely access to relevant content for campaigns and client interactions. Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize all company shoot data (photos, videos, etc.) for easy retrieval and use. Filter and sort raw footage and content assets from various departments. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to share relevant content as per requirements. Maintain an updated database of visual assets for ongoing and future projects. Support the content team in repurposing and structuring old content for new formats. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and is accessible on shared drives or content tools. Assist in basic editing or tagging of content, if required. Regularly audit and clean up content libraries for duplication and outdated material. Ideal Candidate: Strong organizational and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of camera handling and video editing is a must. Familiarity with content formats (images, videos, etc.). Comfortable using Google Drive or other file management systems. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requests at once.
