We’re on the lookout for a Content Manager who knows how to blend strategy with storytelling — someone who can think big, write sharp, and lead with flair. You’ll be the voice (and sometimes the brain) behind multiple brands — crafting narratives, shaping tone, and making sure every piece of content hits home.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead a team of writers, thinkers, and creators to bring fresh ideas to life.

Build smart content strategies that actually connect with audiences.

Collaborate with design, strategy, and digital teams to crack campaign ideas that stand out.

Supervise content across social media, brand films, websites, campaigns — basically, anywhere words matter.

Keep an eye on performance and tweak things to make good content great.

Manage briefs, timelines, and deliverables like a pro (or at least make it look that way ).

Stay ahead of trends, memes, and pop culture — because you live where the audience scrolls.

What We’re Looking For

● 5–7 years of experience in content or copy — with at least 2 years leading a team.

● Strong storytelling instincts and a killer grasp of brand tone.

● Proven experience working across digital + offline campaigns.

● Excellent communication and leadership skills — you inspire, not instruct.

● A true multitasker who thrives in the beautiful chaos of agency life.

● Bonus points if you can meme, pitch, and proofread with equal enthusiasm.

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
