Job Summary
As a Content Management Associate within the Commercial Banking Proposal Team, you will ensure the accuracy and compliance of product sales materials, proposals, and related content. You will manage administrative functions such as team SharePoint, mailbox, and content review cycles, while overseeing updates to multiple content management systems. Your contributions will support new revenue generation and the retention of existing clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage standard content for accuracy, readability, and positioning by collaborating with subject matter experts.
- Oversee regular content review cycles to maintain up-to-date and accurate materials.
- Handle ad hoc and off-cycle updates and corrections to content as needed.
- Make independent decisions guided by established policies and practices.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of assigned products and broad understanding of treasury services.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and manage client-facing content.
- Administer team SharePoint and mailbox for efficient workflow management.
- Upload new or updated content to multiple content management systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Organize and track content review schedules and documentation.
- Support proposal and presentation development with accurate, high-quality materials.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Demonstrate a minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, implementation, or support of treasury management or commercial card services.
- Exhibit at least 2 years of technical, business, or proposal writing experience and/or support of presentations or proposals in banking or treasury services.
- Apply content management experience or transferrable skills effectively.
- Communicate with excellence in business writing, oral communication, grammar, and organization.
- Interact, influence, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Utilize intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Operate as a proven self-starter, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.

- Understand SharePoint administration and reporting features.
- Apply project management skills to enhance team effectiveness.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of treasury services or commercial card products.
