Content & Growth Strategist

We’re looking for a data-driven creative strategist who can turn every video, reel, and post into a growth engine. Someone who deeply understands YouTube + Instagram algorithms, SEO, and digital funnels and can plan, execute, and scale content that brings both reach and revenue.

Core Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Planning

• Research top-performing interior design trends, keywords & formats.
• Build monthly content calendars (for YouTube, Instagram & Shorts).
• Conceptualize new series, hooks, and storytelling styles for higher retention.
• Create briefs for writers, editors, and designers - ensuring brand consistency.
• Repurpose content across platforms (Reels → Shorts → Pinterest → Blog).

2. Growth & Analytics

• Track and analyze content performance (views, CTR, retention, engagement).
• Identify trends, patterns & audience behavior to refine content strategy.
• Suggest improvements based on YouTube Studio, Meta Insights & Google Analytics.
• Plan collaborations and cross-promotions to expand audience reach.

3. Performance Marketing & Funnels

• Run and optimize ad campaigns for courses, consultations & memberships.
• Set up and manage retargeting ads for YouTube, Instagram & Google.
• Build and optimize landing pages and lead funnels (with sales team).
• Track ROI and conversion metrics — report weekly performance insights.

4. Team & Process Management

• Coordinate between writers, editors, and designers for smooth production.
• Maintain publishing timelines and ensure consistency across platforms.
• Manage content distribution, community engagement & brand partnerships.
