Role Overview

dynamic Content Creator & Brand Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative content strategies for AdsGrip and client brands.
  • Conceptualize, script, and oversee photo/video shoots for digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the design, cinematography, and performance marketing teams.
  • Manage brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
  • Write engaging captions, scripts, and campaign taglines for social media and ads.
  • Oversee influencer collaborations, trend-based content, and social media calendars.
  • Analyze campaign performance and ensure creative alignment with brand goals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets with consistent quality standards.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, brand management, or social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, digital storytelling, and aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining creative excellence.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Workspace, and social media analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, team coordination, and leadership skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing ad campaigns on Meta, YouTube, and Google.
  • Familiarity with video production processes and visual direction.
  • Creative copywriting and trend research skills.
  • Knowledge of brand building, positioning, and visual marketing.
