Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Content Creator who thrives on crafting engaging content across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to develop and execute content strategies that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business goals. You should be an excellent storyteller who can create content in a variety of formats—text, video, reels, stories, and more—tailored to different platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute compelling content for social media, blogs, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.

* Collaborate with marketing, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

* Create multi-format content including text posts, videos, reels, carousels, and stories optimised for each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

* Conduct regular research on industry trends, audience behaviour, and competitors' activities to produce relevant and timely content.

* Monitor and analyse content performance metrics; suggest improvements based on insights and data.

* Stay updated with emerging content formats, digital trends, and platform updates to keep content fresh and competitive.

* Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.

* Be a storyteller at heart, transforming technical or complex ideas into engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.

* Strong portfolio showcasing content in various formats (e.g., blog posts, videos, social media campaigns).

* Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools).

* Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

* Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media algorithms.

* Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

* Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

* Team player with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

* Experience in AI or tech-driven industries.

* Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar.
