Don Miller is a fast-growing men’s accessories brand backed by a 27+ year-old company with 1,950+ employees. While the parent group has deep roots in the global accessories industry, Don Miller is our bold new venture for the modern Indian consumer. We’re already available online (our website, Amazon) and expanding offline with kiosks. 

Instagram presence, performance marketing campaigns and ecommerce sales

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation (80%)

• Develop high-quality short-form video, reels, stories, and ad creatives for Instagram and paid performance campaigns.
• 
  
• Translate social and cultural trends into content ideas that align with the Don Miller brand voice.
• 
  
• Bring independent ideas while also working with cross-functional teams for campaign directions.
• 
  
• Experiment with new tools, formats, and styles to keep Don Miller’s brand presence fresh and competitive.
• 
  
• Work closely with the design team and performance marketing partners to align creatives with campaign objectives.
• 
  
• Use AI-powered creative tools, editing software, and quick production hacks to scale and experiment with content formats.

Ecommerce Product Photography (20%)

• Shoot and edit clean, high-quality product photography for our website and marketplaces.
• 
  
• Ensure images meet ecommerce standards.
• 
  
• Organize and manage photo assets for easy use across channels.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years

   of experience in content creation, photography, videography, or related creative fields.
• 
  
• Strong eye for design, composition, and storytelling.
• 
  
• Proficiency with editing tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar).
• 
  
• Familiarity with AI creative tools for images/videos (or a willingness to learn fast).
• 
  
• Experience shooting both 

  short-form social content

  and

  product photography

  .
• 
  
• A proactive, trend-savvy mindset with the drive to create content that performs.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in 

  fashion, accessories, or D2C ecommerce brands

  .
• 
  
• Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and how creatives influence ad outcomes.
• 
  
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
