Position: Operations Executive Department: Operations Location: Goregaon, Mumbai Job Summary: The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating with warehouses and marketplaces to ensure smooth order processing, invoicing, and appointment scheduling for platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart. The role involves managing purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely dispatches, and maintaining seamless communication between stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Purchase Order & Invoice Management: Coordinate with warehouses and marketplace partners for PO generation, tracking, and fulfillment. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for orders dispatched. Resolve discrepancies in POs, invoices, and delivery schedules. Appointment & Logistics Coordination: Schedule and manage delivery appointments with Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart. Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure on-time dispatches and avoid delays. Track shipment status and update internal teams on delivery timelines. Vendor & Partner Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the company and marketplace logistics teams. Address operational issues (delays, rejections, shortages) and escalate when necessary. Data & Documentation Management: Maintain records of POs, invoices, and delivery schedules. Generate reports on order fulfillment rates, delays, and rejections. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in order processing and suggest improvements. Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Order Fulfillment Rate: % of POs fulfilled without delays. Invoice Accuracy: % of error-free invoices processed. On-Time Appointment Scheduling: % of deliveries scheduled without delays. Dispute Resolution Time: Average time taken to resolve PO/invoice discrepancies. Warehouse Coordination Efficiency: Reduction in dispatch-related errors. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in operations, e-commerce logistics, or warehouse coordination. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Prior experience working with Blinkit, Zepto, or Instamart. Knowledge of marketplace SLAs and logistics processes.
