Job Profile Purpose

Create high-impact, export-ready marketing content for brand building that attracts international mainstream buyers, grocery chain buyers, distributors, ethnic market partners, and B2C customers, strengthening the company’s global brand presence across UK/EU, USA, Middle East, Australia, Africa, Asia, and the Indian Subcontinent.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with export market goals.
• Create export-ready assets: trade show materials, videos, website pages, and social media posts.
• Localize content for target markets, ensuring compliance with FDA, EU FIC, GCC labeling laws.
• Manage photography, videography, and design of product and factory visuals.
• Coordinate with QA/Regulatory teams for certifications, specs, and compliance approvals.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar for social media, website, email marketing, and trade promotions.
• Optimize website content for SEO and lead generation.
• Support sales teams with quick-turn, high-impact sales enablement material.
• Track content performance (web, social, email) and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 4–8 years’ experience in B2B content creation; FMCG/RTE/Ethnic Food/Food Export preferred.
• Strong copywriting & visual communication skills.
• Knowledge of export market requirements, food labeling norms, and certifications.
• Proficiency with WordPress, Ahrefs/SEMrush, HubSpot/Mailchimp.
