We’re on a mission to make Pune’s property scene transparent, relatable, and actually fun to explore—and we need your creative energy to make it happen.

What You’ll Do:

· Create awesome, value-packed content—blogs, Insta Reels, YouTube Shorts, newsletters, and more—that tell real stories about Pune’s property market.

· Turn property insights, trends, and local stories into engaging narratives that educate and entertain.

· Plan and run a content calendar like a pro—keeping our audience hooked all year round.

· Team up with marketing, design, and tech pros (and sometimes real buyers or agents!) to craft fresh, authentic content.

· Track what’s working using analytics tools—because creativity + data = growth.

· Keep everything on-brand: trustworthy, transparent, and community-driven.

· Stay SEO-smart while keeping your writing crisp, catchy, and human.

What We’re Looking For:

· 0–4 years of experience in content creation (real estate, start-ups, or media = bonus points!).

· Killer writing & storytelling skills—you can turn even “square footage” into a scroll-worthy story.

· Comfortable behind and in front of the camera (Reels, Shorts, quick edits, trends—you know the drill).

· Basic SEO and CMS know-how; you don’t need to be an expert, just curious and willing to learn.

· Self-driven and organized—you can juggle deadlines without dropping the creative spark.

· Collaborative mindset and attention to detail (because both words and visuals matter).

· A degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or something similar.

· Love for Pune’s property scene—or at least a desire to explore it!
