Content Creator & Editor (Adobe Illustrator & Premiere Pro Expert)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Content Creator and Editor with expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Premiere Pro to develop compelling visual content for our IT staffing firm's Instagram and YouTube channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the corporate/IT/services industry and can translate complex technical concepts into engaging, visually appealing content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit high-quality video content for YouTube, including company overviews, client testimonials, industry insights, and recruitment campaigns
• Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, and social media posts for Instagram using Adobe Illustrator
• Edit short-form video content optimized for Instagram Reels and Stories
• Develop branded visual assets that align with our corporate identity and resonate with IT professionals
• Transform technical staffing concepts into accessible, engaging visual narratives
• Maintain consistency across all visual content while adapting to platform-specific requirements
• Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to understand content objectives
• Stay current with social media trends and best practices in the B2B/corporate space
• Manage content calendars and meet project deadlines efficiently

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator

  for creating graphics, infographics, icons, and branded materials

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

  for video editing, color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics
• Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, and storytelling techniques
• Proficiency in creating content optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube)
• Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and export settings for various platforms
• Experience with motion graphics and basic animation (After Effects experience is a plus)

Industry Experience

• 2+ years of content creation experience, preferably in corporate, IT, technology, or professional services sectors
• Proven track record of creating B2B content that drives engagement
• Portfolio demonstrating work for corporate clients or within professional service industries
• Understanding of IT staffing, recruitment, or technology services industry preferred

• Experience filming and producing content (basic videography skills)
• Background in graphic design or video production
