Content Associate – HR and Industry Insights Location: Bangalore | Experience: Fresh Graduate | Full-Time Comaea Consulting is a recruitment and HR consulting firm specialising in the marine, industrial, and technology sectors across the APAC region. We are looking for a sharp and curious Content Associate / Creator to help us share original perspectives on leadership, people development, recruitment trends, and industry insights. Organisation : Reporting to the Managing Director as a Content Associate, you will work closely with senior consultants to create, edit, and share high-quality content on recruitment trends, industry developments, and hiring advice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing independently, can structure ideas into clear narratives, and wants to build a career in professional content and communication. Your responsibilities : • Work closely with senior consultants to understand industry insights, recruitment challenges, leadership trends, and translate them into compelling content. • Write original scripts and articles for our LinkedIn and website blog — covering topics such as HR strategy, talent landscape, leadership development, and people challenges. • Edit and refine reports and other documents for tone, grammar, and clarity. • Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) as support, but not as the starting point — the ideas and writing must originate from you. • Track and manage content versions and deadlines across multiple projects. Your Profile : • A graduate in English Literature, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field from a reputed university. • Excellent writing skills — you enjoy creating content from scratch and know how to structure an argument or insight into a post or article. • Interest in leadership, people development, recruitment, and business trends. • A proactive mindset — you ask questions, seek clarity, and work independently. • Familiarity with AI tools is a plus, but only to enhance your work — not generate it.
