We're looking for a Content Analyst to craft high-impact short-form content while working closely with our SEO and Retention teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong aptitude for conducting thorough research and a flair for creating compelling short-form content. You'll play a key role in shaping how we communicate with users, ensuring all content is data-driven, engaging, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Content Research & Development: Conduct research to generate ideas and short-form content, including emails, product descriptions, and communication. SEO Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO team to improve tags and on-site content to enhance search engine visibility. Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor content performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Competitor Content Mapping: Analyze competitor content strategies to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing short-form content. Content Auditing: Regularly review existing content to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy and relevance. Requirements Exceptional communication skills, with strong writing, research abilities, and keen attention to detail is a must. A background in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Business, or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebEngage), with the ability to analyze content performance and derive actionable insights is a plus. Show more Show less
