Job Summary

Join our team as a Tech BA where you will leverage your expertise in AGILE methodologies to drive impactful solutions in a hybrid work model. With 8 to 10 years of experience you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and deliver value in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. This role offers a dynamic environment to apply your skills and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective AGILE solutions. - Facilitate AGILE ceremonies such as daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure project alignment and progress. - Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support project objectives and deliverables. - Provide insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes and align with organizational goals. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and adherence to AGILE principles. - Monitor project progress and performance identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies. - Utilize data-driven approaches to evaluate project success and inform future initiatives. - Support the continuous improvement of AGILE practices within the organization. - Engage with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with delivered solutions. - Contribute to the development of training materials and workshops to enhance team capabilities. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all project activities. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and growth. -Qualifications - Possess extensive experience in AGILE methodologies and their application in real-world scenarios. - Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively. - Exhibit excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams. - Have a solid understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain enhancing project relevance. - Show proficiency in project management tools and techniques to drive successful outcomes. - Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
