Job Summary

As a Consulting Analyst specializing in Networks you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing network systems to enhance business operations. With a hybrid work model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Your expertise will contribute to the companys growth and the improvement of network infrastructure ensuring seamless connectivity and operational efficiency.

Education Domain: (2U)

Experience in consulting-oriented roles in education industry, business/strategy, process or technology areas
Good understanding of key education and publishing business processes in domains /sub domains such as Content, Assessments, Rights & Royalties for K12 and HigherEd segments
Elicit requirements using interviews, requirements workshops, use case scenarios
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders
Break-down an epic into user stories to be consumed by the Dev & QA team
Experience of Agile development methodologies
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, VersionOne
Acts as a liaison between the business teams, SMEs, project management and the technical team members
Able to drive requirements related discussions independently
Can document as-is and to-be processes
Can work with the Product Manager to define the product roadmap/backlog
Understanding of the feature prioritization frameworks
Experience working in large deals and business pursuits
Understand the industry trends, business imperatives, strategic growth areas and underlying technology trends.
Superior English oral and writing skills
Multi-tasking abilities
Confident, result-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
Possesses great analytical skills
