Job Summary

The Consulting Analyst will play a crucial role in providing strategic IT consulting services to our clients. With a hybrid work model and no travel required the candidate will leverage their 5 to 7 years of experience to analyze client needs develop solutions and enhance business processes. The role demands expertise in IT consulting to drive impactful outcomes and support the companys mission of delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Analyze client business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement IT consulting strategies that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored IT solutions that meet client requirements.
Provide expert advice on technology trends and innovations to help clients stay competitive in the market.
Conduct thorough assessments of client IT systems and recommend enhancements to optimize performance.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements and present proposed solutions.
Ensure that all IT consulting projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
Utilize data analytics to support decision-making and provide insights into client business operations.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations to secure new consulting engagements.
Stay updated with the latest developments in IT consulting to continuously improve service offerings.
Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering solutions that have a positive impact on society.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting with a strong understanding of industry trends.
Demonstrate expertise in analyzing and improving business processes through technology solutions.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and teams.
Show proficiency in data analytics tools to support informed decision-making.
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and manage time effectively in a day shift environment.
