Job Title: Compliance Consultant – NAAC (Contract | Remote)

Role Summary

NEPAlign is inviting experienced NAAC Compliance Consultants to join on a remote, contract basis. The consultant will work closely with higher education institutions to guide them through the NAAC accreditation lifecycle diagnosis, planning, documentation, implementation, and review. This role is advisory, strategic, and execution-oriented, with a strong emphasis on quality assurance, compliance accuracy, and capacity building.

Key Responsibilities

NAAC Advisory & Compliance

• Provide end-to-end advisory support for NAAC accreditation and reaccreditation (Cycles 1–4).
• Interpret NAAC frameworks, metrics, SOPs, manuals, and quality benchmarks accurately.
• Conduct gap analysis against NAAC criteria and key indicators.
• Develop criterion-wise action plans, timelines, and compliance roadmaps.

Documentation & Evidence Management

• Guide institutions in preparing SSR, AQAR, IIQA, DVV clarifications, and supporting documents.
• Review and validate qualitative and quantitative metrics for accuracy and alignment with NAAC expectations.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and audit readiness.

Training & Capacity Building

• Deliver faculty and staff training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs on NAAC processes.
• Mentor internal IQAC teams on best practices in quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Implementation & Review

• Support implementation of quality initiatives aligned with NAAC, NEP 2020, and institutional goals.
• Monitor progress, flag risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist institutions in responding to peer team observations and post-accreditation improvements.

Collaboration & Technology Enablement

• Work closely with NEPAlign’s internal teams to leverage AI-driven compliance tools and dashboards.
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement of the NEPAlign SaaS platform.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Essential

• Strong, hands-on knowledge of the NAAC accreditation framework and compliance processes.
• Proven experience in institutional documentation, action planning, and accreditation consulting.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Strong training, mentoring, and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, outcome-driven environment.

Preferred

• Master’s degree in Education, Quality Assurance, Accreditation, Management, or related fields.
• Familiarity or Intrested to AI-based, SaaS, or digital compliance platforms.
