As part of our finance transformation practice, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to advise high-growth clients on enhancing their financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management capabilities. This role requires a combination of financial expertise, data analytics, business strategy, and digital finance transformation knowledge. You will collaborate closely with senior client stakeholders to develop cutting-edge FP&A solutions, leveraging best practices, AI technologies, and analytical tools to drive business insights and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Lead or support FP&A transformation projects including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, scenario planning, and long-range planning. - Assess current-state FP&A functions and identify improvement opportunities. - Design future-state FP&A operating models, processes, and reporting frameworks. - Support digital transformation initiatives by implementing EPM tools and automating dashboards and analytics. - Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to gather requirements and provide recommendations. - Manage project workstreams, track progress, and ensure high-quality deliverables. - Contribute to the development of FP&A methodologies, tools, and thought leadership content. - Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of learning and collaboration. - Support business development activities such as proposal development and identifying growth opportunities. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred. - 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, finance transformation, or management consulting. - Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. - Hands-on experience with EPM tools and familiarity with ERP systems.
