Consultants and Senior Consultants FP&A

You will be a part of a unique advisory, assurance, and transformation solutions firm known as Bough. Collaborating with clients in finance, audit, and compliance sectors, you will co-create integrated solutions focusing on connecting people, processes, and technologies for handling accounting, reporting, and compliance challenges. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead or support FP&A transformation projects encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. - Conduct current-state assessments of client FP&A functions and propose enhancements. - Design future-state FP&A operating models and reporting frameworks. - Assist in digital transformation initiatives including implementation of EPM tools. - Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for better performance tracking using tools like PowerBI, Alteryx. - Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to gather requirements and present recommendations. **Project Management:** - Coordinate project teams to ensure timely deliverables. - Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure alignment with client expectations. **Thought Leadership and Internal Development:** - Contribute to FP&A methodologies, tools, and go-to-market offerings. - Author thought leadership pieces on FP&A trends. - Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of learning and collaboration. **Business Development:** - Support proposal development and client presentations. - Identify and pursue business development opportunities within existing accounts. **Basic Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred. - 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, finance transformation, or management consulting. - Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. - Hands-on experience with EPM tools and familiarity with ERP systems. **Preferred Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - High energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to exceeding client expectations. - Entrepreneurial mindset with eagerness to learn and grow. - Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting.
