At The Apprentice Project (TAP), we re making learning content not just accessible, but culturally relevant and engaging in every childs mother tongue. Our goal is to ensure that every student no matter where they re from can see, hear, and feel learning in a way that speaks directly to them.

We re translating education not just linguistically, but emotionally. And now, we re building a network of passionate creators who can help us make learning fun, friendly, and fully local.

Who We re Looking For

We re looking for a creative and culturally rooted content translator to join us as a Consultant Video Translator (Marathi). In this role, you ll bring our educational videos to life in Marathi, ensuring they are accurate, fun, and deeply resonant for students across India.

You re someone who loves language and performance, can voice-act with flair, edit with precision, and understand how young learners think. You re not just translating you re telling stories, modulating your voice to connect, and designing videos that make kids want to come back and learn more.

If you ve worked in theatre, voiceover, education, media, or even content creation and you re excited to blend your skills to build something meaningful we d love to hear from you.

What You ll Do

Voiceover & Video Editing

Record engaging, clear, and friendly Marathi voiceovers for existing English videos on STEM, Visual Arts, and Financial Literacy.
Apply voice modulation and emotion to bring content to life for young learners.
Sync your voiceover seamlessly with the original visuals.

Visual Template Editing (Canva)

Update on-screen text and slides in Canva to reflect Marathi translations.
Maintain formatting, readability, and visual consistency across slides.
Ensure the final output is student-friendly, aligned with TAPs style, and ready for classroom use.
Optionally, suggest visual enhancements that improve learning clarity and engagement.

Who You Are

You are fluent in Marathi (spoken and written) and highly comfortable with English-to-Marathi translation.
You have experience with voiceovers and know how to use your voice to teach and engage.
You re comfortable using tools like Canva, screen recorders, or basic video editing software (e.g., Clipchamp).
You care deeply about inclusive education and want to make learning joyful and accessible for every child.
Bonus: You ve worked in edtech, media, theatre, or regional content creation before.
