Job Description

Support team with work on the ATS HRMS system.
Supporting Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end hiring process at all levels by attracting key talent into the organization through various internal and external sources
Checking pre-work sheets, tagging, and following up with the PoCs
Assist in scheduling interviews and selection procedures in coordination with candidates and Directors.
Sending out rejection emails
Posting and monitoring jobs on various platforms
Analysis of sourcing and hiring cycles
Research and evaluation

International Partnership Coordination

Assist in LinkedIn and Research strategies.
Support in preparing partnership proposals, presentations, and communication materials for prospective partners.
Support in managing communication channels and engagements with international partners.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in any field, preferably Human Resources or related discipline.
Experience: Prior internship or relevant coursework in HR is a
plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
