Intern - Punjabi Translator

Job Description

Translate educational content for STEM, Visual Arts, and Financial Literacy, quiz questions, lesson plans, Curriculum Documents, documents, and materials from English toto Punjabi. Ensure translations are accurate and contextually appropriate. A clear writing style with an impeccable knowledge of spelling and grammar. Skills Language Proficiency: Must have proficiency in reading, writing, and translating Punjab. Strong command of the English language. Strong command of spelling and grammar in Punjabi. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality translations. Strong proofreading and editing skills for translated content. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and understand project requirements. Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets and other basic MS tools. Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT, etc. Previous experience in translation or related fields is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with translation software and tools is a plus but not mandatory. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor s degree in STEM/engineering or a related field. Prior experience in translation or bilingual content creation is preferred but not mandatory. Strong command of Punjabi and English languages.
