Roles & Responsibilities
Content Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy aligned with marketing
objectives and target audience preferences
Leverage market research, customer insights, and industry
trends to inform content planning.
Content Creation: Produce a wide range of compelling and engaging content assets, including blog
posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, infographics, videos, webinars, and social media posts.
Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and tailored to the needs of specific buyer personas.
Content Calendar Management: Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of content
across all channels
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external
contributors to gather input and align content production with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Content Distribution: Develop distribution plans to maximize the reach and impact of content assets.
Utilize email marketing, social media, paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and other channels to
amplify content and drive traffic to owned digital properties.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of content campaigns and assets using
relevant metrics and analytics tools
Use insights to optimize content strategies, improve engagement,
and achieve KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversions, and brand sentiment.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing,
sales, product management, and customer success, to support integrated marketing initiatives and align
content efforts with overall business goals.
Key Skillsets / Requirements:
Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
3+ years of proven experience in content marketing, preferably in the technology.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email marketing platforms and social
media management tools.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) and ability to interpret
data to drive insights and decision-making.
Creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas and translate them into compelling content
assets.
