Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Consultants to join our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with accounting software, and strong analytical and communication skills. This role requires efficiency in Microsoft Office applications—particularly Excel—and the ability to handle client communication professionally via email.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping of UAE companies.

Prepare and review accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reports as per UAE Standards.

Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Work on accounting software like Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks for day-to-day tasks.

Prepare MIS reports and perform financial analysis as required.

Draft professional emails and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.

Support Senior in Taxation, and statutory compliance requirements of UAE.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist consultants in financial documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / M.Com preferred but not mandatory).

Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and bookkeeping.

Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks.

Strong command over Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong email drafting and communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with accuracy.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
