Required Skills:

  • The ideal candidate will be a college graduate, preferably with 4+ years of recruiting
  • Full cycle recruiting experience, from candidate engagement through offer management and onboarding
  • Experience in Technical, GTM/Sales & Leadership hiring.
  • Knowledge of Boolean, X-Ray searches and additional sourcing software/tools
  • Prior experience concurrently managing and prioritizing multiple searches
  • Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in
  • Talent Acquisition trends, and in Human Resources and Campus Recruitment initiatives
  • Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects and maintaining a high level of attention to detail in a very fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills, work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Strong communication, writing and oral presentation skills, with the ability to liaise with
  • stakeholders at various levels of management, including very senior interactions and manage expectations
  • Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Google Workspace
  • Prior knowledge of Workday ATS will be a big plus


Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive planning and execution of the entire recruitment lifecycle for US and Canada Geographies.
  • Designing and posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality and costs) to attract fulltime job seekers.
  • Proactive building talent pool by fetching quality candidates against the open/ expected
  • positions.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive hunting.
  • Extensive use of social and professional networking sites to identify potential talent
  • Responsible for managing requisitions and applicants in the given time frame/ SLAs
  • Responsible for MIS reporting and data management.
  • Prioritizing and balancing the recruitment needs as per the business criticality.
  • Communicate progress on assigned job vacancies on a regular basis, advice on the action plan to close the position in the given SLAs.
  • Provide regular feedback and advice on the hiring performance to enhance the recruitment process
  • Ability to receive “real time feedback” and collaborate cohesively with the TA teams, Hiring
  • Teams and supporting functions of the organization.
