Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment efforts across departments, managing sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer rollouts.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, job platforms, referrals, and recruitment partners.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment tracking, ensuring timely updates and clear visibility on hiring progress.

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition and generalist HR roles, with significant focus on recruitment.
  • Strong track record of independently driving end-to-end hiring across functions and levels.
  • Experience in building and maintaining candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and agency/vendor coordination.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
