Consultant - Talent Acquisition

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned clients and positions
• Understand client requirements, role specifications, and hiring timelines
• Source, screen, and shortlist relevant candidates using multiple channels
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback from candidates and clients
• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Ensure quality delivery within defined turnaround time (TAT)
• Maintain accurate data and reporting on hiring progress
• Support account managers in client servicing and delivery
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring requirements
• Adhere to recruitment processes and compliance standards

Preferred candidate profile

• 36 years of experience in NON IT recruitment consulting
• Experience in client handling and end-to-end recruitment delivery
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously
• Target-driven, result-oriented, and process-focused
• Experience in consulting firms or executive search preferred
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS tools
