Job Description

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive tech BA, who excels at bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating discussions with stakeholders, and translating these into clear, concise, and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for product and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and users to understand business needs, goals, and pain points.Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, or interviews with cross-functional teams.Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.Translate complex business requirements into well-structured user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria using Agile/Scrum methodologies.Maintain and groom the product backlog; prioritize user stories based on business value and urgency.Work closely with designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure stories are well understood and implemented as expected.Participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups as needed.Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by validating whether developed solutions meet the intended business goals.Continuously refine and improve user story documentation standards and practices.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Btech, BE,Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in writing user stories, preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment.Strong understanding of business analysis, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile frameworks.Ability to convert high-level concepts into detailed functional requirements.Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

3 to 6 years

Good to Have:
Experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).Domain knowledge in [insert domain e.g., Banking, Insurance, SaaS].Basic understanding of APIs or database queries is a plus.
