Job Description

As a Project Management Office (PMO) professional, you will bring your expertise in various project management knowledge areas such as Project planning, Governance, Reporting, and Risk Management. Your attention to detail and focus on the quality of delivery will be crucial in ensuring successful project outcomes. Additionally, your strong interpersonal skills will enable effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Mentor team members to enhance their technical and functional skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Assist in Global Compliance Management Engagements for Clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices. - Design, mobilize, and execute project management activities including compliance tracking, governance, financial management, reporting, risk & issue management, and scope management. - Manage program communication, project meetings, and engage with teams across different Member Firms/Clients. - Support the creation, validation, and analysis of financial dashboards, including plan vs actuals, financial forecast, profitability, and work-in-progress. - Handle distributed/centralized billing, invoicing issue management, and reconciliation with purchase orders. - Ensure a clear understanding of the commercial/financial performance of Programs/Projects. - Engage with key stakeholders and client subject matter experts to drive project success. - Manage document and tool management processes effectively. Preferred Skills: - Achievement-oriented, creative thinker, and enthusiastic individual who is open-minded and an effective communicator. - Excellent presentation and organization skills, with a self-motivated and proactive problem-solving approach. - Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and drive results in a dynamic environment. Qualifications and Experience: - 5 to 7 years of experience in project management within a leading professional services firm, such as an international consulting firm, Big 4, or IT Consulting Industry. - Experience in multi-geography engagements and managing Global Compliance or Domestic Compliance Management Engagements. - Understanding of Tax Return Preparation Lifecycle and experience in client billing & invoicing. - Post-graduate degree, preferably an MBA from a reputed institute. - PMP Certification would be an added advantage for this role.,
