Job Description

Looking for:

Consultant IT Recruiter

Min-4-5 years exp required in permanaent hiring

Salary- Upto 15K TO 22K depending on the last drawn salary

Candidate,s having less then 4 years exp will be offered 10K-15K (depending on last drawn salary)

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates with expertise in technologies like Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript (React, Angular), SQL, AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and Salesforce
Work with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for roles such as Full Stack Developer, Cloud Engineer, Data Scientist, QA Automation Engineer, and Network Security Analyst
Utilize sourcing platforms and ATS tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Dice, Zoho Recruit, or Greenhouse
Conduct initial technical screening to assess candidate proficiency in relevant software stacks
Coordinate technical interviews, coding assessments, and panel discussions with engineering teams
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of qualified candidates using Boolean search and keyword-based filters

Mon-Sat

9:30am-6:30pm

2nd and 4th sat off with all the sundays.

Mobile Reimbursement facility.
