• Lead design of data models, analytics framework, and AI-driven features.
• Perform data profiling, integration methodology, and governance checks.
• Design and implement data quality framework and ensure interoperability of datasets across systems
• Define KPIs/KCIs data sources and ensure consistency across dashboards using data visualization tools.
• Develop predictive analytics (e.g., case delays, grievance redressal trends, crime forecasting).
• Guide design of anomaly detection, real-time monitoring, and early warning alerts.
Experience:
Minimum 6 years of total professional experience out of which minimum 5 years of relevant experience in descriptive/predictive analytics, dashboard design, KPI development, and data integration using BI/AI tools.
Prior experience in e-Governance or public sector projects is highly desirable.
