Job Description

Position : Senior AI/ML Engineer (Only Immediate Joiner)

Experience : 4 to 7 years

Location : Bangalore (Marathahalli)

Education : BE / M.Tech

Job Type : On Role (Full Time)

Shift : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (5 days working)

Senior AI/ML Engineer

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business workflows into AI automations, lead feature delivery and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and deploy AI/ML solutions using classical ML, deep learning and Generative AI.
Build LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents and vector DB integrations.
Implement NLP/OCR pipelines for extracting information from emails, documents, calls etc.
Architect scalable AI workflows and automation on cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Develop APIs, data pipelines and CI/CD workflows for ML model deployment.
Evaluate new AI tools/techniques and integrate them into existing systems.
Mentor junior team members and support pilots, demos & documentation.

Required Skills

Strong Python programming (NumPy, Pandas)
Experience with ML/DL frameworks PyTorch / TensorFlow / HuggingFace / LangChain
LLM fine-tuning & chatbot development
RAG, embeddings, vector databases (FAISS / Pinecone / Chroma etc.)
NLP & OCR pipeline development
MLOps CI/CD, model deployment & monitoring
Cloud experience (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Good to Have

CRM/ERP integrations (SAP / Zoho / Salesforce)
Conversational AI frameworks (Rasa / Dialogflow)
RPA automation exposure (UiPath / Blue Prism)
SSO integrations (Google Workspace / Okta / Azure AD)
