Aspect Ratio is rapidly expanding in the space of Analytics & Data Science and we're looking for experienced candidates to be part of our team. The position requires you to be comfortable working with large datasets and in-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms. Qualification : 4-year Engineering degree. An MBA or any specialized course work in Data Science is a plus. Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience working with large datasets using MS Excel, SQL and designing machine learning solutions using Python/R. Work experience in Pharma/Healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory. Experience in story boarding for C-Suite will be advantageous. Areas of delivery for the team include: Connect with clients to understand their Data Science needs. Use transaction-level datasets to answer business questions. Create PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings & recommendations to senior leadership teams. Build predictive models to drive business decisions. Automate existing process to drive efficiency Present results to clients and get buy-in Responsibilities of the individual include: Effectively lead a team of analysts to meet a client’s analytical requirements. Manage and meet client expectations Structure an ambiguous business problem and devise a mathematical and/or programming solution Execute the solution in the best possible tool or platform Dive deep into data, analyze and discover patterns/root causes Design robust and scalable prediction algorithms Skills required: Expertise in Data Science algorithms - in-depth understanding of the math behind the algorithm Excellent story boarding skills to present findings to C-Suite executives Excellent communication skills Passionate about the latest technology trends with a desire for innovation Expertise in Python or R, MS Excel & SQL Show more Show less
