Role: Partner Engagement

Experience: 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement agency and broker-led campaigns to drive partner engagement and brand visibility.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics; provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal and cost-effective use of resources.
- Share regular MIS reports and dashboards to monitor progress and performance.
Event & Conference Management:
- Organize domestic and international conferences, partner meets, and engagement events.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics including venue selection, vendor negotiations, travel arrangements, and hospitality.
- Compare and evaluate itineraries, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
- Build event agendas, coordinate with speakers, and develop impactful presentations and collateral.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data interpretation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience in vendor management and event planning is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
