We are seeking a highly motivated Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as a consultant. This opportunity is perfect for freshers or professionals with up to 1 year of experience who wish to build a career in a dynamic consultancy environment. The Assistant Manager will support various client engagements by assisting in financial reporting, bookkeeping, compliance, advisory, and taxation matters.
· Assist in financial reporting, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance standards
· Manage bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
· Work on direct and indirect taxation, including GST, income tax, and corporate tax matters
· Provide advisory support on corporate law and financial structuring
· Support transaction advisory by analyzing financial data and preparing reports
· Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory returns
· Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for clients
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and strategy development
· Maintain strong client relationships, providing solutions for complex financial challenges
· Stay updated on regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with relevant financial laws
· A strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles, including knowledge of bookkeeping practices
· Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, including GST, income tax, and corporate tax regulations
· Awareness of corporate law, governance, and regulatory compliance requirements
· Familiarity with accounting software and financial modeling tools used for financial reporting and analysis
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to clients and team members
· Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism
· Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, tax compliance, and other critical tasks
· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
· Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting, along with experience using accounting and financial modeling software
