Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Construction Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction industry, proven experience in sales and business development, and a strategic approach to driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and relationship management.   Key Responsibilities:   ·      Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence. ·      Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and infrastructure construction. ·      Manage and lead the sales team; provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations. ·      Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. ·      Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to close deals. ·      Collaborate with estimation and project teams to ensure accurate proposals and timely delivery. ·      Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies. ·      Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management. ·      Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities. Qualifications and Skills: ·      Minimum 2–8 years of experience in construction sales, preferably in residential or commercial projects. ·      2+ years of sales experience in construction, real estate, or related industries. ·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ·      Strong understanding of construction processes, cost structures, and materials. ·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ·      Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ·      Leadership and team management experience. ·      Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. ·      Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required. ·      Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.   Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM   Employment Type: Full-time ·      Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives ·      Benefits: Travel allowance, mobile reimbursement, performance bonuses, etc. Warm regards, HR Executive Urbanfeat Technologies
