Construction Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in sales within a construction company, with a good understanding of construction products, services, or projects. The role involves generating leads, building relationships with industry professionals, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.
• Promote and sell construction-related products or services.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in line with company policies.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and progress reports.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
• Attend site visits, client meetings, and industry events as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Should have at least 2 years of experience in sales within a construction company.
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry, products, and customer base.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits and site meetings.

Preferred Experience:

• Sales of construction materials (e.g., cement, steel, tiles, paints, etc.)
• B2B or project-based selling within the construction sector.
• Familiarity with local construction companies and market dynamics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
