Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to be a key player in our business growth. You will manage and convert leads, handle client inquiries, and support the sales cycle from initial contact to final closure. If you’re passionate about sales and have an interest in the construction or interior design industry, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound leads via calls, emails, and social media.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with prospects or cold leads.
• Understand customer needs and pitch relevant services from our portfolio.
• Explain LineAndBuild’s offerings, value proposition, and past project highlights.
• Schedule appointments and site visits for senior sales or design teams.
• Maintain detailed client records in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
• Coordinate with internal departments (design, estimation, project teams).
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide feedback and insights on lead quality and customer behavior.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ year of inside sales or tele-sales experience, preferably in construction or interiors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and persuasive abilities.
• Familiarity with interior design/construction terminology is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.

Pay: ₹15,000.41 - ₹25,000.00 per month
