Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth in the construction and interior design sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, preferably with prior experience in real estate, construction, or interior fit-out companies, and a proven ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, interior, and real estate segments.
• Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation, client meetings, site visits, proposal development, negotiations, to deal closure.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including developers, architects, consultants, real estate agents, and direct clients.
• Work closely with design and project teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Trackand manage leads and opportunities using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and reporting.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in real estate, construction, or interior design companies.
• Strong network within the construction or real estate sector is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM platforms, and sales pipeline management tools.
• Ability to handle high-value clients and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
