Design & Planning · Understand client requirements, budget, and site constraints. · Create conceptual drawings, site plans, floor plans, elevations, and sections. · Develop 3D designs and walkthroughs. · Ensure Vastu, climate, and functionality considerations are met. 📐 2. Technical Drawings & Documentation Provide detailed architectural drawings for construction teams (with dimensions, levels, materials, etc.). Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing drawings (MEP integration). Prepare documents for municipal approvals, LDA/Awas Vikas, or RERA submissions. 🛠️ 3. Site Supervision & Coordination Conduct site visits to ensure construction follows approved drawings. Resolve on-site issues or design clarifications.
