Role – Construction Project Manager Job Location – H.Q. Sec 94, Noida, Site – Sidhpur, Uttarakhand Role and Responsibilities: Project Management & Execution Capable of managing Base Build, Fitout, or Hotel projects for leading corporates/developers, particularly in hilly or contoured terrains. Responsible for the complete project lifecycle: from excavation, foundation, RCC, superstructure, finishes, and services to final handover. Execute the project within parameters of time, cost, quality, profit, HSE (Health-Safety Environment), and productivity. Ensure smooth project closure activities including demobilization of resources and structured handover processes. Planning, Monitoring & Documentation Develop and monitor the overall project plan and construction schedule. Maintain daily progress logs, as-built documentation, photo records, snag lists, and weekly work plans/task allocations. Regularly update management with Weekly Progress Reports (WPR) and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR) Drawings & Technical Coordination Proficient in interpreting and marking up AutoCAD drawings; translate design intent accurately on-site. Interpret and cross-verify structural, MEP, and architectural drawings to identify gaps and overlaps. Lead coordination meetings with clients, architects, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants for real-time decision-making. Site Operations & Logistics Manage site logistics effectively, including movement of materials, manpower, and machinery in challenging terrains. Oversee deployment schedules and supervise on-site teams including engineers, supervisors, vendors, labor, and safety officers. Compliance, Quality & Systems Implementation Ensure adherence to contract specifications, quality standards, statutory norms, and safety regulations. Implement project systems effectively including IT, sub-contracting, quality, safety, and environmental management. Client & Stakeholder Interface Manage client interface, address grievances, resolve real-time concerns, and represent project stakeholders professionally. Present project progress and quality measures clearly during client and stakeholder site visits. Team & Vendor Management Mobilize and lead a multi-disciplinary team on-site. Build and maintain effective relationships with contractors, vendors, consultants, and government authorities. Ensure accurate certification of bills and quantities. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Identify and implement innovative engineering practices to improve delivery quality. Leverage practical understanding of topography for terrain-based construction solutions like access, slope management, and localized techniques. Idea candidate must have the following – - Similar experience at a construction project for min 2-3 years - Civil engineering background - Ability to read, understand and oversee implementation of CAD drawings on ground - Excellent spoken and written communication skills. - Proficiency is reading, writing, speaking – Hindi and English - Open to travel frequently and or relocate to site Compensation – As per industry standards Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Education: Master's (Required) Experience: Construction project management: 3 years (Required) Language: Hindi and English.
