Role – Project Coordinator Job Location – H.Q. Sec 94, Noida, Site – Uttarakhand Project coordinator Essential Responsibilities include, but not limited to: 1. Central point of Contact of all Office related activities throughout the duration of the Project. Can act as SPOC on behalf of client. Good working knowledge of Building Design & Construction will be a huge plus point. 2. Most important quality – this person needs to be extremely well organized, detail oriented and meticulous. 3. Assists/coordinates and documents areas that interface with projects, such as meeting attendance/coordination, contracts, reports, and site plan approvals 8. Assists/coordinates activities during the design and construction phase of projects, including coordination with design teams (Architecture, Structural, MEP, Landscape, PMC, Interiors, Legal, CA), construction managers and other entities 9. Assists/coordinates rezoning and planning related efforts, including developing scope of rezoning, coordinates with consultants and other entities 10. Manages various projects and assists the project managers and staff as requested Ideal candidate must have the following: 1. Excellent spoken and written communication skills 2. Proficiency in reading, writing - Hindi and English 3. Willing to travel if required 4. Sec 94, Noida, Site – Sidhpur, Uttarakhand Role and Responsibilities: Project Management & Execution  Capable of managing Base Build, Fitout, or Hotel projects for leading corporates/developers, particularly in hilly or contoured terrains.  Responsible for the complete project lifecycle: from excavation, foundation, RCC, superstructure, finishes, and services to final handover.  Execute the project within parameters of time, cost, quality, profit, HSE (Health-Safety Environment), and productivity.  Ensure smooth project closure activities including demobilization of resources and structured handover processes. Planning, Monitoring & Documentation  Develop and monitor the overall project plan and construction schedule.  Maintain daily progress logs, as-built documentation, photo records, snag lists, and weekly work plans/task allocations.  Regularly update management with Weekly Progress Reports (WPR) and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR) Drawings & Technical Coordination  Proficient in interpreting and marking up AutoCAD drawings; translate design intent accurately on-site.  Interpret and cross-verify structural, MEP, and architectural drawings to identify gaps and overlaps.  Lead coordination meetings with clients, architects, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants for real-time decision-making.
